• All apartments are equipped with new 32’ LCD Flat TVs.
• 89 TV programms in 14 languages are being completed by the SKY SPORT CHANNEL so that diversified and informative TV channels can be offered.

• Reception is open daily from 11 am until 4 pm. Your e-mails will be answered daily form 7 am until 7 pm.

• The quality of our guests' sleep is very important to us, we equipped all our Suites, Comfort and Superior Apartments as well as the Quality Studios with brand new Bonell mattresses. Here you can find the restful sleep that you need every day.
• Our pillows and blankets are manufactured by a Bavarian company called Mühldorfer. They have more than 80 years experience and stand for high quality downs. A look on the list of their customers shows that they meet even the highest demands : Kempinsky Hotels, Bayerischer Hof , Bufj al Arab in Dubai and many more.

• Self-caterers will find everything they need in their apartment:
• a fully equipped kitchen
• a supermarket in walking distance
• Coin operated washers and dryers in the basement

• Safes are situated in all the apartments (except in Basic) allowing for safe and secure storage of your valuables.

• There is an underground parking right in our house. It can be used for a charge of 10 € per day or 90 € per month. Clearance 1.60m. Maximum drive-in height 1.90 m. Maximum passage height of the beams 1.60 m. Maximum parking height on column supports - domestic technology ducts 1,60 m

• The house has an elevator that will carry you and your luggage to every floor.

• All apartments (except in basic) have a sound system with USB port.

• Forgot your shampoo? No problem! Our “ Welcome Set “ includes shower gel, soap, hair shampoo and body lotion, bridges the gap until your first shopping outing here with us in Munich.

• If you should whish to find the refrigerator in your apartment stuffed with a few of your favourite things on your arrival, just use our shopping service. Simply send us your shopping list a few days before your arrival and we’ll have everything already for you. For this service we charge you only with the regular prices at the super market plus 10 € service charge.
