When staying in our Boarding House you can combine hotel service with the freedom of living in your own comfortable apartment.

Apartment cleaning and changing of sheets and towels

• weekly apartment cleaning (exept for the kitchen)
• weekly changing of towels and sheets

Laundry

• There is a coin operated laundry and driers in the basement
• If you don’t feel like washing your clothes yourself or if you want to have brought some of your clothes to the dry cleaner’s, please contact the reception – we’ll take care of it for you. There’s a price list for the laundry service in each room.

Internet

• Each apartment is equipped with a high speed VDSL internet access via LAN or W-LAN. There is a charge of 2,50 € per day or 50,- € per month.

TV

• Internation TV channels via SAT

Reception

• The reception is next to the entrance. The opening hours are Mon – Fri 08:00 am – 05:00 pm and Sat/Sun/holidays 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
• we are ready to take care of your concerns at any time. If the reception is closed, you can always contact us by phone or e-mail.

Underground Parking

• There is an underground parking right in our house. It can be used for a charge of 3,50 € per day.

Bed comforts

• s the quality of our guests' sleep is very important to us, we equipped all our Suites, Comfort and Superior Apartments as well as the Quality Studios with brand new Bonell mattresses. Here you can find the restful sleep that you need every day.
• Our pillows and blankets are manufactured by a Bavarian company called Mühldorfer. They have more than 80 years experience and stand for high quality downs. A look on the list of their customers shows that they meet even the highest demands : Kempinsky Hotels, Bayerischer Hof , Bufj al Arab in Dubai and many more.

Shopping Service

• If you should whish to find the refrigerator in your apartment stuffed with a few of your favourite things on your arrival, just use our shopping service. Simply send us your shopping list a few days before your arrival and we’ll have everything already for you. For this service we charge you only with the regular prices at the super market plus 10,- € service charge.

Fitness

• Exclusive for guests of our suites
  and Superior Apartments:
  Keep Fit during your stay in the CONCEPT LIVING, and enjoy free fitness center, spa, sauna in 5 exclusive fitness centers in Munich, only 5-10 minutes from our house.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT KEY DELIVERY

On the booking confirmation every guest will find his GUEST NUMBER. So all the guest who arrive outside our reception hours can obtain their keys from a key dispenser with this GUEST NUMBER.

If there is no booking confirmation in your hands, please ask for your GUEST NUMBER not later than 3 days before arrival by e-mail under info@concept-living-munich.de .

The guest who arrive without a GUEST NUMBER will find an information sheet next to the key dispenser with a telephone number.
